Diane – I loved all of these! I had seen the one from Mike LeFebvre before. I am hoping/planning to use more humor in my videos for 2010. I think the neighbor’s reaction in the first one was perfect.

Lesley Lambert was someone who I had been thinking of who does this- some humorous, but she gets a huge response from the blogs that start with a touchy subject- like short sales- and bring home the message simply and honestly. There are other TwitterQueens who have done this effectively.

I think a lot of time we end up gearing what we are producing to other agents. That may have been smart at one time, but at least in my market it doesn’t work.

I agree.. .these are probably the three best real estate videos I have seen to promote a house… what I would like to see is someone who blogs on a frequent basis to make videos that are interesting too… combine that with more videos like this and you have a winning formula
