Buttons of Hope

We are always looking for ways to help out, and here is a simple one. Pepsi’s “Good Idea” was created to fund projects created to benefit others. My friend Michael Gibbons has entered his project “Buttons of Hope” and we are hoping everyone will vote.
This explains a bit about it (from the site):
Buttons of Hope has taken a familiar product reinvented it to help people put a face on their cause, their fundraising by making custom photo buttons in small quantities often just a single button to support a friend battling cancer, help find a missing child or as a new kind of school fundraiser.
Goals
* Change the way charities, schools and groups raise money and awareness
* Encourage people to dedicate their fundraising and share their story
* Help people personalize their cause by wearing a custom photo button
* Make it easy to create a single photo button – no minimums, no hassles
* Launch HopePond interactive social network for grassroots fundraisers
This is a great idea that serves many other great ideas. There are many links on the site that explain how people have used Buttons of Hope. Please check it out.
And please vote here. It costs nothing but a minute of your time.
Note: The voting button has been removed. Michael has decided to take Buttons of Hope out of the running. You can read why here.
