Cheesecake recipe
Pretty easy and a family favorite around here. The kids don’t like any other kind any more.
You need: 1/3 cup butter, 1/4 c brown sugar and 1 and a half cups graham crackers for the crust. Process or crumb the graham crackers (or buy them as crumbs) mix with sugar and melted butter and press into a pie pan.
Filling: Blend 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 c whipping cream and 2 softened packages of cream cheese until smooth.
Pour the filling into the unbaked crust.
Pop into the oven (at 325 degrees) for about 45 minutes (until set and slightly golden around the edges.
Let cool – keep children with spoons away at this point.
