Museum of Fine Arts Boston
Number 7 in the #21in21 post challenge
We love the Museum of Fine Arts.
When Jenni was little, I had a series of art picture books. Her favorites were Van Gogh and Gauguin, and of all of the paintings her favorite was this one:
so I took her to the MFA to see it, because it was exhibited there.
Last night, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage held their awards ceremony at the museum, and most exhibits were open for viewing. The venue was really cool – food was good, huge turn-out, and I just love the museum anyway. Here is a slideshow of the art from last night
If you want to go check it out, the MFA is open every day (hours vary – check the site). Admission is $22 for adults, free for kids under 17, but many of the area libraries have passes available to borrow. Jenni wants to go again :)
